\nPesto, or to refer to the original dish pesto alla genovese, is a sauce originating in Genoa, the capital city of Liguria, Italy. It
\ntraditionally consists of crushed garlic, European pine nuts,\u00a0coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano
\nor Pecorino Sardo, all blended with olive oil.<\/p>\n

List of the ingredients:<\/strong>
\nYou will need:
\n1 or 2 garlic cloves
\n2 or 3 tablespoon of pine nuts
\n1 pinch of coarse sea salt
\n50 grams of Ligurian basil leaves
\n1 tablespoon of pecorino cheese
