The Chef: Chef Pierre Bo\ufb00o , executive chef at La Reserve<\/strong><\/p>\n

At only 24 years old, Pierre is the executive chef at La R\u00e9serve. He has trained with some of the best Michelin starred chefs in South West France. He spent a year working in Australia, and brought back new trends from his travels.
\nHis menu showcases modern French Basque cuisine.
