The Chef: Pascal Arc\u00e9, executive chef & owner<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Maison Arc\u00e9 has been an inn since 1864; Pascal has followed the steps of his great-grandfather, his grandfather, and his father. He started cooking very young, alongside his father, Emile Arc\u00e9. The beautiful family secret recipes have been kept in small notebooks and passed on from generation to generation.
