\nPanos Papadopoulos comes from Naoussa, a small town in Greece, famous for its wines.
\nHe worked and apprenticed internationally. He started in London, then on to a two-star Michelin in Lausanne, and a three-star Michelin \u2013Akelarre- in San Sebastian and at the legendary Vardis de Kifissia, Athens.
\nThe chef will seduce you with his modern authentic culinary creations of Mediterranean cuisine.
\nHe favors regional flavors and sources seasonal organic products such as farm produce, \ufb01sh and cheese.
