Day 1 , 2021:  Petra for 1 night

Stops en route to visit if flight schedule permits it otherwise, transfer straight to Petra
Mosaic City of Madaba
Best known for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics. Sites you can visit in Madaba are: Mimar the Institute of Mosaic Art and Restoration – walking tour at Artisan Street – Archeological Park encompass several Byzantine Churches, remains of the Roman road that stretched through the city in ancient times and The Martyr’s Church. Saint George Church famous for the 6th century mosaic map of the Holy Land. Madaba Museum – this quaint little museum is set in a series of heritage houses linked by a courtyard space. John the Baptism Church a 19th century Catholic Church sits stop of series of subterranean rooms and caves which are still being excavated.   
Mount Nebo:   the mountaintop memorial of Moses with captivating views of the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and The River Jordan. It is mentioned in the Bible as the place where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land that he would never enter.
Then final stop at Little Petra, a Unesco world heritage site since 1985 and famous for its ancient buildings sculpted out of solid red sandstone.

Day 2:  Wadi Rum for 1 night

We will start our journey to explore Petra, aptly described as the “rose-red city, half as old as time”. The ancient city was founded by the Nabateans 2000 years ago. Its massive architectural structure and its multicolored stones are an incredible attraction. The visit of the ancient Nabatean capital starts on horseback, followed by a walk through the Siq, a long narrow fissure between two overhanging cliffs. Towards the end of the Siq, you will be spellbound by Petra’s most famous monument; the Treasury. The tour then proceeds to gradually unfold the mysteries of the city.
In the afternoon after the visit of Petra, continue south to the enchanting desert of Wadi Rum, Jordan’s largest desert and one of the most spectacular desert landscapes in the world.
Transfer to the campsite inside the desert.

Day 3:  Amman for 2 nights

You will visit scenic canyons, soaring jabaal, rock arches, sand dunes and Nabatean sites and you will see nice views.

Day 4:
Full day private guided tour of Amman and  Eastern Desert Castles
Departure to visit the ruins of the Amman Roman theatre, the Citadel and the Umayyad Palace. The tour includes visits to the Archaeological and Folklore Museums.

Free time for walking/shopping in the old down town area of the city.

Transfer to the Desert Castles. Visit Al Kharaneh, Qasr Amra and Al Azraq castles. These were built by the Umayyad to serve as caravan stations and hunting lodges for travelers, where some of their walls and floors are adorned with frescos and fragments of mosaic. The closest is al Kharranah, which is about an hour’s drive from Amman. The next one is Amra Castle, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the last castle in the northeast located in the town of Azraq is Qasr Al Azraq, which served as the residence of Lawrence of Arabia during the Arab Revolt.
