The recipe: Pesto
Pesto, or to refer to the original dish pesto alla genovese, is a sauce originating in Genoa, the capital city of Liguria, Italy. It
traditionally consists of crushed garlic, European pine nuts, coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano
or Pecorino Sardo, all blended with olive oil.

List of the ingredients:
You will need:
1 or 2 garlic cloves
2 or 3 tablespoon of pine nuts
1 pinch of coarse sea salt
50 grams of Ligurian basil leaves
1 tablespoon of pecorino cheese
100 ml of extra virgin oil from Liguria
4 or 6 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
