Day 6:

Furthermore, You will be able see the central market – in 1930 it was the most modern market in Europe. In the central market you will be able to taste delicious Latvian food. This tour also involves a walking tour of the Old Town and learning about the history of the Old Town. But in addition to medieval Riga, You will have a chance to enjoy the architectural masterpieces that are concentrated in the Art Nouveau style. These are the buildings, built mostly in the early 20th century, as projects of Mikhail Eisenstein ‘s, father of the famous director, and other architects of the era. You will have a possibility to enjoy nice city panorama and hear some legends about the city. You will also learn about the today’s life of Vilnius citizens and visit places (pubs, restaurants, squares) where the locals like to spend their time.
