Day 1: Jerusalem for 4 nights

Day 2:
4 hour afternoon private walking tour of Old Jerusalem from 1 to 5 pm
This tour introduces you to the Old City of Jerusalem, its four quarters, and the holy sites of the three major monotheistic religions, Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.
Before rushing to explore the sites we start at a 19 th century model of Jerusalem in the Second Temple period. Perfect setting for a historical account from Abraham to Christ.
Walking through the Armenian Quarter, exiting Zion gate to the traditional Last Supper Room and Dormition Abbey on Mount Zion.
We’ll explore the Jewish quarter, The Four Sephardic Synagogues, walking through the Cardo, Biblical Broad Wall built by king Hezekiah. Just before going to the Western wall If available we will stop at Aish Hatorah to watch a 90 second video – the meaning of putting your prayer note in the Wall.
Then We will follow the some stations of the Via Dolorosa and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
My tour integrates Vantage points – allows one a wide and overall view of the Old city.
Day 3:
Escorted Massada and The Dead Sea departure at 8:30 am
Duration of tour: 8 hours 30 mins
Descend to the Judean Desert via the inn of the Good Samaritan. Ascend Massada by cable car to tour the 2,000-year-old fortress and palace built by King Herod. After, drive via Ein Gedi and Qumran, and view the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Then it is time for a bit of rest and relaxation and float in the mineral-rich Dead Sea at 400m below sea level, the lowest place on earth. Or take a mud-bath and benefit from the therapeutic qualities of the natural Dead Sea mud. En route back to your hotel, we will drive back with an over view of Jerico and the old Roman Road.

Day 4:
Private Foodie Tour of Jerusalem at 10 am
Duration of tour: 4 hours
You shall begin with an introduction to Machaneh Yehudah and how it began and visit the open ‘Shuk’ (Market)
You shall proceed to the Iraqi market and sample some of the olives there and listen to the music of Ehud Banai at his family house in Ha Agas 1.
Afterwards you shall explore Georgian culture through the food of the Georgian Shuk and bakery of Hotchpuria.
You shall head into the covered market and take in the bustle and noise of the main market, learn about Yemenite medicine.
The Machaneh Yehudah experience ends with a sweet taste – the taste of the best rugelech in Jerusalem!
After our introduction to the Jerusalem communities you shall see where they live on a walking tour of Nachalaot.
Day 5: Galilee for 3 nights
Pick up car in Jerusalem, Mazda 5 or similar Midsize Class – Automatic Transmission, unlimited mileage CDW & theft included
Spend the next three nights in the Galilee region. .
En route, you could visit the ruins of Beit Shean, an ancient city settled at least 5,000 years ago and later converted into a Hellenistic city.
Explore the Sea of Galilee (also known as Lake Tiberias and Lake Kinneret), an area renowned for its beautiful landscapes and proximity to important historical and biblical sites.
You could also browse art galleries in Rosh Pina, sample wines at local vineyards or visit a kibbutz.

Day 6:
Drive to Nazareth to meet your local guide
Driving time is about 1 hour
3 hour private guided tour of Nazareth at 1 pm
Start with the Greek orthodox church, will see the well of Mary, and to talk about the begining of the announciation.
From the Greek orthodox church, we will walk through the old Nazareth to the Catholic Church( the main church), to see the house of the holy Family.
After visiting the house of the holy family we will walk for 5 minutes to visit the synagogue of old Nazareth village where Jesus used to go to pray and to study the bible.
Day 7
Private wine and Food Tour of Galilee with pick up and drop off at the hotel at 10 am
Your guide will take you to Ein Camonim Goat’s cheese farm. Cheese platter tasting included
Then, you will head to Mrar village to visit a traditional olive press, a traditional coffee roaster and an Arab bakery.
You will see the oldest (3500 years) olive trees in Israel with a beautiful lookout over the Galilee region

And then head to Lotem Organic winery. Tour of winery and tastings
You will end with Rimon Winery. Rimon means “pomegranate” in Hebrew, and as the name suggests, they produce exquisite and unusual pomegranate wines. From a rich pomegranate port to pomegranate dessert wine, they offer a range of libations that will delight your palate and make for great gifts to bring home. A beautiful place to visit, the Moshav Kerem Ben Zimra-based facility offers tastings of wines and samples of a variety of other pomegranate-infused products, like jams and cosmetics.
Day 8: Tel Aviv for 3 nights
Tour the ancient ruins at Caesarea and Meggido en route to Tel Aviv, a vibrant city on the Mediterranean Sea coast.

Day 9:
Drop off car
4 hour private tour of Old Jaffa at 10 am
Jaffa is a snapshot of the Ottoman period of Israeli history, walk along its pleasant idyllic streets and you can feel what it was like to live in the Ottoman empire, you can still smell the smells and taste the tastes of a long gone culture and way of life.
Neve Zedek is the first Settlement in what became Tel Aviv, where Modernity touches the old world.
This tour is perfect as a part of any visit to Israel, it is great especially for shore excursions and short term visitors to Tel Aviv
Day 10:
Day at leisure to explore Tel Aviv
Explore on own, the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, UNESCO-listed Bauhaus architecture, the Carmel Market, and museums such as the Eretz Israel Museum and the Museum of the Jewish Diaspora.
Spend time on the beach, and enjoy the city’s excellent restaurants.
Day 11:
