Day 1: Oslo for 1 night

Afternoon biking tour of Oslo
Our most popular tour, departing daily at 14:00 (2pm). Discover all of the major sites in about 3 hours in a fun and relaxed manner as we bike car-free paths, parks, quiet back streets, and along the fjord. There is plenty of time for stops and pictures. The guides will not only reveal the history behind the monuments and buildings, but cover topics relating to Norwegian culture and politics as well as modern life in Oslo.

Day 2: Stavanger for 2 nights

Day 3:
Pulpit Rock cruise and hike – 8 hours
The guests will get to see the majestic Pulpit Rock, the Vagabonds Cave, idyllic islands and magnificent scenery. On the return from the fjord, the boat stops at Oanes and and drops of the guests who want to hike to
the Pulpit Rock. From here the guests will be transported by bus to Preikestolhytta where the hike starts. On average it takes approximately 2 hours to walk one way. When the guests have finished their hike, they will be
transported by bus to Tau, where they take the ferry back to Stavanger. Ferry ticket from Tau to Stavanger is not incl. in the price. This ticket must be purchased directly on board of the ferry. There is no guide for the hike.
Day 4: Bergen for 2 nights

Get an early breakfast and then drive along the Coastal road, which takes you along the rugged West coast of Norway, through fjords and islands to Bergen.
Bergen is a wonderful city, full of life and culture. In this “must-visit” city, you will find Bryggen, listed by Unesco as a World Heritage site; exceptional old houses; a vibrant fish and flower market; cable cars offering stunning views, great museums, dynamic culture, and more.

Day 5:
Train from Bergen to Myrdal

The train journey runs through fantastic nature, past the Rallar road, steep mountains, breathtaking waterfalls, through 20 tunnels and offers so many viewpoints that many feel like travelling multiple times between the mountain and the fjord. In the span of a single hour, the train takes you from the ocean level at the Sognefjord in Flam, to the mountaintop at Myrdal mountain station on Hardangervidda, 867 meters over the ocean.
3 hour Fjord Paddle
Join one of our easy three hour seakayak paddles. Just long enough to get the feeling of the peaceful fjord landscape. We paddle past Otternes Bygdetun with its old buildings and rich history out towards Fronnes where we see Viking age gravemounds.
A Njord-guide will take you out on the water and guide you through the landscape and history of the area. We’ll spend 20 – 30 minutes on safety, paddle instructions and outfitting. Kayak, paddle, sprayskirt, jacket, pump and paddlefloat is included.

Day 6: Odda for 1 night

Day 7: Lofhtus for 1 night
Trolltunga & the Sky Ladder Biking & Hiking Tour
Enjoy a guided tour and a day filled with activities. The tour combines mountain biking and hiking, as well as climbing the Via Ferrata route » the sky ladder » to the famous Trolltunga.
The trip starts by the Ringedal dam. First you bicycle seven kilometres along the lake to Tyssebotn. Then follows a hike along the dried out river Tysso up to Tyssestrengene. The remaning 200 height meters up to the mountain plateau you will climb the new Via Ferrata « The sky ladder ». Upon arrival at the mountain plateau you are just a couple of hundred meters away from Trolltunga.
This is a hike filled with impressive attractions. The Ringedal lake, the Ringedal dam, Tyssebotn, Tyssestrengene, Himmelstigen, the giant marmites at the top of Tyssestrengene, before you end up by spectacular Trolltunga. On the trip you will also pass several spots directly linked to the Norwegian industrial history and get to hear interesting stories about this and other themes.
This is a full day trip that takes approx. 8 to 12 hours. You need to bring your own food for a whole day, good clothes and hiking boots.
